  14. I was wondering if someone out there could help me with a problem.
  15. Is there anyway to directly connect to modems, (not using a null modem
  16. cable) without going through the telephone service. Running a 
  17. telephone line between the two, and disabling wait for dial tone 
  18. doesn't work.  Is it possible to do this
